These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By engaging with us or submitting payment, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

 

2. Scope of Services

We offer consultancy and execution services including:

  • Company Formation (US LLC / UK LTD)
  • EIN / UTR Applications
  • Brand Strategy & Design
  • Website Development
  • Trademark Registration
  • Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Tax Filing
  • Ongoing Business Support

The exact scope of your project will be defined after consultation and confirmed via invoice or written agreement.

3. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe or approved third-party gateways.
  • Payment must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed.
  • Government fees (e.g., IRS, HMRC, UKIPO) are non-refundable once paid.
  • Prices shared on our site are base rates — custom quotes apply per project.

Note: You authorize DataLabs to charge your selected payment method for agreed services.

4. Deliverables & Timelines

Delivery timelines vary per service and jurisdiction. While we aim to deliver quickly, delays may occur due to:

  • Government agency processing times
  • Client delays (missing info, unresponsive)
  • Third-party issues (e.g., DNS, hosting)

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control but will always keep you informed.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you own the final designs, websites, or filings delivered to you.
  • DataLabs retains the right to use anonymized versions in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

6. Revisions & Changes

Design projects include 2–3 revision rounds, defined in your project scope. Additional changes may incur hourly fees.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate data
  • Responding in a timely manner
  • Ensuring compliance with your country’s laws (we are not legal advisors)

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are handled per our [Refund Policy]. Stripe’s transaction fees may not be refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

DataLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved via arbitration before legal action.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
